Yeah the blogging is light these days

So as Fall descends upon us and I’m entering into the final stretch of wedding plans, I realize that I’m not eating my own dogfood and blogging as much as I encourage others to – (the same holds true on my second blog).

I’m pretty dang overextended with taking 2 classes, doing a bit of Girl Geek Dinner planning, work and tying together some of the final loose ends on the Princess Diana-esque wedding I’m about to host (NOT!).

For those of you who know me personally, you understand tht I’m really not about the flash so a blingtacular festival of nuptual bliss isn’t really my scene. I’m private and prefer to keep things pretty small and intimate. No cameras livebroadcasting the event (even though it’s a cool idea & I loved watching other folks online celebrations). I won’t be Tweeting down the aisle. I’m making the commitment to being in the moment, without the assistance or distraction of technology.

My fiance and I are both BIG music geeks so we’re having so much fun putting together our wedding playlist. Now maybe a podcast of our wedding… I could be convinced of that!
